Pressure Roller, Vacuum drum, Hot Roller :- A pressure roller includes endless conveying means for reportedly transferring pressure fluids, ejecting head groups at equal spaces to a bottles examination provided on the path along which bottle to be examined and conveyed. And conveyors for transferring the bottle synchronizing with the movement of the pressure fluid ejection head groups in the examination zone. Each pressure ejection head including a vertically movable nozzle connected to a pressurized fluid source. When the nozzle is inserted in the bottle, the bottle mouth is sealed by the packing which resiliently bulges outwardly, and a valve for a pressurized fluid passageway is opened to fill the bottle with pressure fluid.

A vacuum drum is used labeling containers with labels by actuating with a vacuum. A large number of vacuum openings formed by channels configured to pass a label through a gluing station for application of glue only to producing end of the label.

A hot roller is used in a labeling machine for labeling containers with labels in a beverage processing industry where in the labeling machine comprises a hot glue unit for applying hot glue onto the labels, the hot glue unit comprising a housing, a glue roller disposed in a interior of the housing, a glue container and a filler unit comprising an extractor connected to housing to extract gas from interior housing and supply the gases to the filler unit before the gases are to exit the hot glue unit.
